My name is Martin Kingsnorth and I am the proud owner of Martin Kingsnorth Painting & Decorating

I have always been a painter & decorator and always knew it was the profession for me as both my grandfather and now my Father own the Family business. I am as committed today as I was eighteen years ago when I started my apprenticeship with my Father.

I gained my National Vocational qualification and I am very proud of the way I was trained and educated to work and offer services of the highest calibre.

I am a full member of the Painting and Decorating Association (PDA for short) where I have a placement on their website for customers searching for skilled, Professional and reliable tradesmen.

My company has grown largely thanks to Checkatrade.com and I have employed a second decorator to get through the projects and jobs more quickly allowing us to handle larger properties and bigger jobs, with a faster turnaround yet the high standards are maintained.

It has always been of the highest importance to me for every customer to feel that they are in the hands of a complete professional when choosing me to come into their Homes, so I will always cover all carpets and flooring prior to painting and all furniture is completely covered by myself or any of my team trusted to do the work.

The main aspect of my work is internal decorating from single rooms to whole house redecoration, upheaval is always kept to an absolute minimum and the majority of my sanding in the House is done using a filtered sanding machine.

I also undertake Exterior redecoration projects of all sizes

Wallpapering is also very much part of what my Company can do with many examples shown in the Wallpapering gallery.
